The process of developing a credible appraisal requires inspection of the items to determine the proper identity of the object, discover signatures or maker's marks, and evaluate the age physical condition.

The information gather during the inspection is then used to conduct research in the appropriate markets to determine estimates of value for each item or group of items.

 The Intended Use of the Appraisal will guide us in determining the appropriate Type of Value to be developed and the proper report format to be used.

Each appraisal assignment is unique and requires clear understanding of the intended use and intended users of the appraisal report before a Scope of Work can be developed for the assignment.
